The Mission - It's not Sashimi.

Sushi No Rice is committed to publishing information as and when we come across it that aids you in your health and dietary goals, regardless of your location. Whether you're pursuing the Ketogenic diet, a Plant-based diet, or some other variation therein, we all could use a little help now and then to maintain consistency while traveling or moving between places. Spend less time searching for options and more time enjoying the moment.

As a personal project, this site is taking an Asia-first approach to aid those moving cities, traveling abroad, or pursuing a life as a digital nomad. Asia has a reputation for these dietary life-styles being difficult to maintain. It doesn't matter where you may be going or currently are: China, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Taiwan, Singapore, etc. It is possible to maintain a Ketogenic or Plant-based diet in all of these places. It may not be easy at first, but that is where a helping hand can certainly make the transition a little easier. Started as a personal project between a couple friends, Sushi No Rice aims to help ourselves and our friends move more freely through the world by publishing the answers to many of the questions we receive.
